Danielle Del Vecchio stumbled upon her yoga practice in 2004. Originally, it was an accessible way to stretch after long days in the office, but soon she discovered the benefits of deepening the breath. Finding stillness helped her cope with the stress of the corporate world and life in general. In 2011, she left her "day job" to become a certified yoga instructor through Yandara Yoga Institute, and loves sharing her practice, on and off the mat. Her style is challenging and nurturing, intense and intentional.
In class, Danielle challenges the body and mind by adding resistance to foundational yoga poses, focusing on the core and alignment. She wants you to show up, take yourself on, and have a blast along the way.
