Joanna Stone holds a BA & an MA in dance and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. Joanna moved to New York City two years ago to share her knowledge of fitness, dance, and health through teaching, writing, and performing. Jo was drawn to teach ReXist360 HIIT because of how applicable the workout is to every individual’s fitness goals. She will help you increase strength, speed, and endurance while building lean muscle and torching fat. She also loves to teach CrossFlowX to give clients the perfect combination of yoga and sweat that leads to an enlightened savasana.
Joanna’s goal in class is to create an environment for everyone to find empowerment through fitness and to achieve health and body goals in a fun way! She is grateful for the support of The Movement family, and she can’t wait to sweat with you on the floor!
